Geneso is a platform that allows you to generate images and videos using artificial intelligence models. We offer different models with varying quality levels and credit costs. The service is available through our web application.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent.

Geneso uses a credit system for content generation. Credits can be obtained through subscriptions, one-time purchases, or promotions. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Payments are processed through secure payment providers.

The content you generate using Geneso belongs to you, subject to the license terms of each AI model used. We recommend reviewing the specific terms of each model before using content for commercial purposes. Geneso does not claim ownership of the content you generate.

You may not use Geneso to: generate illegal, harmful content or content that violates third-party rights; create deepfakes or misleading content of real people without their consent; generate content that exploits or harms minors; distribute malware or engage in fraudulent activities; violate any applicable law or these terms of service.

Geneso is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
